Ipod Touch 2nd gen Wont let me 'touch' ...

I've tried everything, restored it and all..

No matter what I do, I can't touch the screen, nothing happens, I try to slide bar or anything and its like im not touching it, the home button and sleep buttons work fine, you just cant touch the screen.. Any ideas?
