Picked up my beautiful new 32G Touch today. It's buggered. It told me I had to restore it to install an update when I plugged it into Itunes, but it errors during the restore (either error 13 or 14). I have done everything suggested on the help pages, AND Itunes will restore my 3rd Gen Nano. Did I get a faulty Touch? I've reinstalled itunes, pressed all the combinations of buttons, unplugged, replugged, restarted my computer, cussed, tried restoring under a new user on Vista, tried restoring on a laptop, still getting this error.
