Can't open mini-music play when using ...

Hey!

I remember in an old version (like 2.0) of my Ipod Touch G2 i could play games with music on, by starting an app and then double-clicking the home button to make the mini-music player pop up and then press play. This does not work after installing 3.01, which really ***** as i used it very much. Is there anything to do about this?
