I want to bid but the seller didn't include my country in Shipping list

Hello all, I want to bid on an item, the bidding will end in a short period of time. The question is, the seller states " Will ship to Worldwide. Contact the seller for additional shipping costs and services. " But i don't see Turkey in the shipping list. Btw i tried to contact seller two times via ebay messages but he didn't reply. Should i bid on this item because it's really reasonable and exactly what i need. Hoping to get quick responses.
