I went to sync music to my ipod last night and I was told there was a firmware update. So I clicked to download it, but when it was updating it said there was an error. Then my ipod was frozen on the connect to iTunes screen, even tho it was connected. I finally got it to connect after restarting my computer, and it told me I had to restore my ipod. So I left it overnight to restore, because there were a lot of files to sync and I had to go to bed. And now I came down this morning and it's constantly stuck on the apple symbol, and I can't turn it off, it just stays like that until it runs out of power.
Why did apple break my ipod?!
