With 3.0, if you double-clicked the home button, the iPod controls would pop up. But now with 3.1, if you're in an app and you double-click the button, sometimes it will exit out of the app and bring up the music screen. This is really annoying; is there any way to change it back? If not, Apple, please give us the choice of which mode to use!
Also, since upgrading to 3.1, my iPod touch 2g seems somewhat slower, it will lag when bringing up the iPod controls, loading apps, etc. Is anybody else experiencing this, and do you have any suggestions for a fix? Apple... this should be fixed!
Finally, my sleep/wake button appears to have receded into the iPod somewhat; it seems like it doesn't stick out as much, and I definitely have to push it much harder in order to get it to activate -- sometimes I'll have to try 4 or 5 times to get it to work. Has this happened to anybody else, and is there any fix?
