I have a 2nd Gen iPod touch and recently upgraded to 3.1.2
Last night it started going to the search page and repeatedly selecting g
The search bar ends up reading Ggggggggggggggggggggg
The icons at the base of the screen don't work from the main screen and in some apps, but work fine in others.
I've tried resetting it, restoring it, restoring from back, as a new iPod, setting it up on another computer and restoring from that one, but it keeps coming back the same.
Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
