i've restored, reset and installed new version 3.1.2. when turned on for only a few minutes, with the battery indication full, it shuts off and the battery indicator is almost empty. i've charged it on my sound dock and on the macbook and still continues to do the same thing. is there anything i can do to fix this problem?
