I have not done the update on my Ipod touch but prior to it even being available I was having problems connecting to some wifi networks. It works fine at home and work. These are free unlocked networks, sometimes they work sometimes they don't. I tried turning off/on, forgetting network, and other assorted tips I have read various places online. My ability to connect to the same networks is inconsistent. I have the little ray icon and it is blue but I will get a pop up "can't connect to internet" .
