I have a brand new 32 gig iPod Touch 3G. When I pause music and leave it sitting on a table with the new earbuds (with mic) attached it will start playing music by itself within an hour or so. Very reliably. If I plug in the old earbuds it behaves normally and does not turn on.
I also have an 8 gig 2G touch with 3.0 SW. It never turns on by itself with the new earbuds or the old.
Problem is only the combination of a new touch with 3.1 SW and the new ear buds.
Anyone else having this problem?
